CityPiece is based in Amsterdam and currently serves customers across Canada.

We are building CityPiece step by step, with carefully selected pieces inspired by city life, travel and meaningful moments. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked and delivered.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, it will be reviewed and prepared for processing.

CityPiece is currently in its early selection phase. We work with limited selections and carefully selected suppliers while we discover which pieces deserve a place in the CityPiece world.

Processing times may vary by product and supplier. Orders are usually processed before they are dispatched for shipping.

If there is an issue with your order details, payment, product availability or shipping address, we may contact you before the order can be processed further.

Shipping Times

Most orders are delivered within 15–25 business days after dispatch.

Because CityPiece is still at the beginning of its journey, we do not yet hold large warehouse quantities. Instead, we work with selected suppliers and limited stock while testing what customers truly connect with.

This helps us build with more intention, improve future collections and reduce unnecessary stock.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping method, supplier, destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, high-volume periods and other factors outside our direct control.

Any delivery estimate shown on the website, product page, checkout page or order confirmation is provided as a general estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping across Canada unless stated otherwise during checkout.

If any shipping costs apply, they will be shown during checkout before you place your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, order value, shipping destination and selected shipping method.

When tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes more than one item, items may sometimes be shipped separately.

This can happen when products are prepared by different suppliers or dispatched from different locations.

If your items arrive separately, this does not always mean that something is missing from your order. Tracking details may be provided for each shipment where available.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first where tracking is available.

Lost or Missing Orders

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbours, building reception, or your local delivery provider where applicable.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@citypiece.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue so we can review your request.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Where applicable, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may be applied by local authorities or carriers.

Any applicable charges will depend on the destination, product, shipping method, and local rules. These charges may not always be included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to help, but orders cannot always be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, dispatched, or sent to a supplier or fulfilment partner.
