Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, tracking, returns and refunds.

The CityPiece Journey

CityPiece is at the beginning of its journey.

We are building the brand step by step, starting with carefully selected pieces inspired by city life, travel and meaningful moments. This first phase helps us discover what people truly connect with, what they wear, and which products deserve a place in the CityPiece world.

Before creating our own full collections, we want to understand what works in real life.

Fit, fabric, comfort, quality, packaging, styling and daily use all matter. By testing selected pieces first, we learn what should stay, what should improve, and what should become part of future CityPiece collections.

CityPiece is currently in its early selection phase. Instead of holding large amounts of stock, we work with limited selections while we discover which pieces customers truly connect with.

This helps us build the brand with more intention and less waste.

We look at fit, quality, materials, packaging, styling, delivery experience and how each piece feels in real life. Every response helps us decide what we improve, replace or develop further.

A product may fit differently than expected, feel different in real life, or not meet the standard we want for CityPiece. That risk is ours.

We try to keep returns simple and fair. If a product needs to come back, we will not make it difficult. We only ask that return requests are made with care and honesty, so we can continue offering a supportive return experience to every customer.

CityPiece is building towards a luxury city-inspired fashion brand with its own signature pieces.

The long-term vision is to create refined scarves, accessories, badges, hardware and collectible city pieces connected to places, stories and moments.

Tracking information becomes available once your order has been processed and the carrier has shared the tracking details.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after your order has been shipped.

Sometimes tracking updates can take a little longer to appear, especially when a package is moving between carriers or processing facilities.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we will help you look into it.

Most orders are delivered within 15–25 business days after dispatch.

CityPiece is still at the beginning of its journey. During this first phase, we are testing and selecting pieces carefully instead of holding large amounts of stock. This helps us discover what customers truly connect with before building larger collections.

We know waiting longer is not always ideal, so we try to keep the process clear. Tracking details will be shared when available for your selected shipping method.

Returns

We offer 14-day returns after delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in the same condition as received. Please keep the original packaging where possible, so we can process your return smoothly.

Please pack all returned items securely in a box.

Where possible, please include the original packaging. This helps us review the full product experience and improve future CityPiece selections.

Also include a print-off of your order confirmation email and a short note with your RMA number inside the package. This helps us process your return faster.

After your return request has been approved, ship the package through your local post office or another carrier of your choice.

You will receive return updates through the return page and by email.

If something is not right, please contact us or start a return request.

Your refund will be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once we have processed the refund, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider, Shopify and your bank.
