At CityPiece, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

How It Works

To start a return, please contact us at support@citypiece.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Important Notes

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This can include underwear, swimwear, final sale items, or products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags.
